Quality products at fair prices. Prompt delivery

So far have only tried underwear and socks. Based on satisfaction with those products, will probably try more products (t-shirts, sweatshirts, etc.).

5 star underwear, 5 star customer support!

I ordered these for my boyfriend (thanks to fleccas, fleccas talks, the best new podcast of all tiiime!) and they showed up at my door completely shredded. Literally. The bag and both pairs of underwear looked liked they had been mauled by a tiger and then run over by a truck. I wrote to Sierra and received immediate responses, follow ups, understanding and even witty customer support staff. After a couple of quick back and forths, they promptly sent me 2 replacement pairs for free, even though the courrier refused to accept ownership for the wreckage. Months later, these are one of my boyfriend's favourite underwear so 10/10 would order again and recommend.
